Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Original packaging and tags must be intact

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable

• Final sale items cannot be returned

How to Return

1. Request a Return Authorization

Log into your account and go to Order History. Select the order and click "Return Items".

2. Print Return Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email.

3. Pack Your Items

Securely package items in their original boxes if possible. Attach the return label.

4. Drop Off Package

Drop off at any UPS location or schedule a pickup.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds:

• Processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

• Refunded to original payment method

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)

• Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (except for defective items)

Exchanges:

• Available for different sizes, colors, or similar-priced items

• Select "Exchange" when initiating your return

• Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return

• Free shipping on exchange orders

Special Circumstances

Damaged or Defective Items:

Contact us immediately at hello@homeandgarden.com with photos. We'll arrange for free return shipping and a full refund or replacement.

Wrong Item Received:

We apologize for any errors. Contact us right away and we'll send the correct item at no charge and arrange for free return of the wrong item.

Large Furniture Items:

Returns of large furniture may require special arrangements. Contact our customer service team for assistance.
